Both sides of this record open with an eight-minute disco epic — "Stars" and "Body Strong" don't rush anywhere, they build. Motown veteran Harvey Fuqua co-produced with Sylvester himself, and the backing vocals on "I (Who Have Nothing)" belong to Martha Wash, years before she became one half of The Weather Girls and the uncredited voice behind more early-'90s dance hits than most people realize.
Genre: Electronic / Disco / Funk / Soul
Year: 1979
Label: Fantasy — F-9579
Country: US
Condition: Media: VG / Sleeve: G+
Notes: SP - Specialty Pressing. Sleeve has tape residue and an old price sticker — cosmetic only, no tears or structural damage. Includes original inner sleeve.
