"El Paso" won the very first Grammy ever given for Best Country & Western Recording — a four-and-a-half-minute story song about a cowboy who kills a man over a woman named Feleena, and it's still one of the most vivid narrative songs American music ever produced. The Library of Congress inducted it into the National Recording Registry decades later. This is the full concept album it came from, all gunfighter ballads, front to back.
