La Incomparable Sonora Matancera — “15 Éxitos”

$12.00

The name says it right on the label: “La Incomparable” is what Cuba called Sonora Matancera itself — the orchestra that shaped tropical dance music for the better part of a century and launched Celia Cruz's career. This 1984 Mexican pressing carries that lineage forward, fifteen tracks of son, guaracha, and tropical dance built on the same foundation. A solid, functional copy for anyone building out a proper tropical section.

Genre: Latin

Year: 1984

Label: Mediterraneo — LPR-2104

Country: Mexico

Condition: Media: VG / Sleeve: VG

Notes: Media has surface noise; sleeve has bent corner, wear and tear.
