Elvis Presley - "The Wonderful World of Christmas"
The King's second holiday masterpiece and one of the best-selling holiday albums of all time. Released by RCA Records in October 1971, this was Presley's first collection of new Christmas recordings since Elvis' Christmas Album (1957) and topped the Christmas LP's chart that year. Recorded at legendary RCA Studio B in Nashville with the A-Team session players, this album features Elvis at his vocal peak on classics like "Winter Wonderland," "Silver Bells," "Merry Christmas Baby" (a nearly 6-minute blues masterpiece), "Holly Leaves and Christmas Trees," and "O Come All Ye Faithful."
